Position: Wholesale Sales Manager Location: Ajman , United Arab Emirates , Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our wholesale customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients, establish new business relationships, and nurture existing partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports for management review.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase our products and network with potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments, industry best practices, and emerging trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of success in wholesale sales, preferably in the activewear or apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of the wholesale sales process, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel to client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.
