HOW TO PROPERLY WRAP YOUR KNEES

1.Start with knee slightly bent, place end of wrap below kneecap
2.Wrap upward in spiral pattern with 50% overlap
3.Apply firm tension (7/10 tightness) without cutting circulation
4.Finish above kneecap and secure Velcro
