Returns sent from within the UAE are simple and easy! We accept exchanges within 14 days (from the original purchase date) for issues such as:

• Incorrect size (either too big or too small)
• General dissatisfaction or complaint (don't like it/thought it was something else)

For Exchange Eligibility:

Please keep the original packaging and refrain from washing or using the products. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or show visible signs of use.

Product Condition:

• Products must be in a clean condition, free from hair, debris, or dirt to be accepted.
• Products should be unworn and unwashed, and all original tags must remain attached.

Non-Return / Refund Items:

• Items that are discontinued or no longer available.
• Items purchased on final sale, last chance sale, or limited-edition release.
• Items reserved (on preorder) or requiring heavy item shipping are non-returnable or non-refundable.

Special Notice:

• SportShakers, Water Bottles, Mystery Boxes, Limited edition items (such as Graphic Tees), Socks, and Patches are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
• Singlets may be exchanged only for a different size.
• All returns undergo manual inspection upon arrival at our HQ.
• If a return doesn't meet the criteria above, it will be rejected and the item sent back to you.

Refund Processing:

3-4 working days after inspection. Refunds and credits are issued as store credit.

Cost of Return:

Courier fees and any other cost incurred while returning an item to the warehouse will be borne by the customer.
