The cost of shipping the articles back to us is for your own account, but we will refund any shipping costs you incur for damaged or incorrectly delivered products. The returning goods process is:

1. Fill in the return form completely

2. Please also, remark on a copy of the packing slip, on how you want us to proceed once we receive your return; exchange or refund.

3. You will return your product to our address

4. We will receive your return and check the product(s)

5. We will process your return and refund your money or exchange the product (this takes 2-5 working days)

6. For Cash On Delivery Payments we issue Store Credit as part of refund. Where customer can use it for next order.
