RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Returns being sent from within the UAE are simple and easy! We will accept exchanges within 7 days (from the original purchase date) for issues such as:

Incorrect size (either too big or too small)
General dissatisfaction or complaint (don’t like it/thought it was something else)

FOR EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY :

Please keep the original packaging and refrain from washing or using the products. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or show visible signs of use.

PRODUCT CONDITION :

Products must be in a clean condition, free from hair, debris, or dirt to be accepted.
Products should be unworn and unwashed, and all original tags must remain attached.

NON RETURN / REFUND ITEMS :

Items that are discontinued or no longer available.
Items purchased on final sale, last chance sale, or limited-edition release.
Items reserved (on preorder) or requiring heavy item shipping are non-returnable or refundable.

SPECIAL NOTICE :

SportShakers, Water Bottles, Mystery Boxes, Limited edition items (such as Graphic Tees), Socks, and Patches are not available for exchanges or returns.
Singlets may be exchanged only for a different size.
All returns undergo manual inspection when delivered to our HQ.
If the return doesn't meet the criteria defined above, it will be rejected, and the item sent back to you.

REFUND PROCESSING 3 - 4 WORKING DAYS AFTER INSPECTION :

Refunds and credits are issued as store credit.

COST OF RETURN :

Courier fees and any other cost incurred during the returning of item back to warehouse will be bourne by customer.
