Seat :  Measure around the fullest part of your seat , keeping the tape horizontal.

Inseam : Measure along your leg from crotch down to floor, while standing straight (use help of a friend).

In the early eighties Better Bodies was founded by Mr Brian Moss, a very famous “fitness guru” in New York. Better Bodies started as a modeling agency for fitness models and became very successful and well known in US. T-shirts with Better Bodies logotype was made as promotion and the demand for Better Bodies garments went crazy, – on consumers request a small collection was made!

Today Better Bodies is one of the major brands in the gym- & fitness textile industry world wide!
