Why are there multi currency in website ?

Our website is based in UAE and does service to customers in UAE and GCC countries. The website transactions are done in AED currencies. To assist international buyers know cost in their respective currencies the site provides option to view in thier local currency.

The site has very good filter system that allows customes to view products based on Brands , subcategories , and other attributes.

 

Quantity availability ?

Some of the styles are fast runs and with limited quantities in stock. The site displays quantities in stock sizewise so customers can grab what they like before it runs out.

 

Can customers place backorders ?

Currently we didnt activate the backorder in the site. However, if you need some items out of stock then you can reach us by chat and we will note it to include a pc for you in next lot . This is subject to availability at Master Brand stock. Our team will advise you on the process.

 

Can we do product customization ?

Exchanging and returning goods

How do I return a shipment?

 If any of our items do not meet your expectations, simply send them back to us within 14 days of receipt. Before sending the item`s back to us, please go into your account and fill out a RMA (Return merchandise authorization) form to receive a notice for your return eligibility.

 

COVID-19 CONDITIONS

MG Activewear is operating under normal conditions. We are in the process to release new arrivals that are hitting very soon, stay tuned.

As always, we ship worldwide. Your package will be sent within 24 hours during regular business days Mo-Fri. Orders placed on the weekend will ship out within 72 hours.

To improve customer experience, we extended our returns policy to 30 days.

 

The returning goods process is:

1. Fill in the return form completely

2. Please also, remark on a copy of the packing slip, on how you want us to proceed once we receive your return; exchange or refund.

3. You will return your product to our address

4. We will receive your return and check the product(s)

5. We will process your return and refund your money or exchange the product (this takes 2-5 working days)

 

Of course, you’re allowed to try the merchandise on for size first, but do not remove the tag or wash the item under any circumstances. Your articles need to be unused and in its original packaging. ALSO, keep in mind that if a package was returned where one/more items display signs of deodorant stains, or smells like cologne/perfume we cannot grant a refund or exchange.

The cost of shipping the articles back to us is for your own account, but we will refund any shipping costs you incur for damaged or incorrectly delivered products. Note: a return package is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures your package.
