Incorrect size (either too big or too small) General dissatisfaction or complaint (don’t like it/thought it was something else) FOR RETURN ELIGIBILITY : Please keep the original packaging and refrain from washing or using the products. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or show visible signs of use. PRODUCT CONDITION : Products must be in a clean condition, free from hair, debris, or dirt to be accepted. Products should be unworn and unwashed, and all original tags must remain attached. NON RETURN / REFUND ITEMS : Items that are discontinued or no longer available. Items purchased on final sale, last chance sale, or limited-edition release. Items reserved (on preorder) or requiring heavy item shipping are non-returnable or refundable. SPECIAL NOTICE : SportShakers, Water Bottles, Mystery Boxes, Limited edition items (such as Graphic Tees), Socks, and Patches are not available for exchanges or returns. Singlets may be exchanged only for a different size. All returns undergo manual inspection when delivered to our HQ.
