Wrist Wraps are used to keep the wrist straight and avoid bending during pressing movements such as bench press of overhead barbell press.
Wrist Wraps come with a Right and Left pair . You need to place your thumb through the loop and wrap it around the wrist while stretching and keeping tension on the strap. Make sure to move upward towards the hand in order to cover the wrist joint and then fasten it with velcro.
Only use the wrist wraps during the exercise when you need them and then unwrap as they restrict the blood supply.
