We offer 30 days for customer return / exchange policy. The product must be return in original packing for exchange . 

Please bear in mind that you are responsible for the shipping fees, except in cases where the products are damaged or incorrectly delivered. We advise you to choose a delivery service that offers insurance for your package as you will be accountable for the return until it reaches us.

To initiate the return process, please follow the steps below:

1. Complete the return form in its entirety.
2. Additionally, please indicate on a copy of the packing slip whether you would like an exchange or refund.
3. Send your product back to our address.
4. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product(s).
5. Subsequently, we will process your return, which may take 2-5 working days to refund your money or exchange the product.
6. If you made a Cash on Delivery payment, we will issue Store Credit as a part of the refund. This store credit can be used for your next order.
